Mission Accomplished: Tommy Bowden Fired
The day has finally come. Tommy Bowden has been fired. Dabo Swinney to be interim Head Coach.
Thank Goodness.
In the time between now and hiring a new coach I will continue to profile prospects, such as: Bud Foster, Mike Leak, Brian Van Gorder, Jim Grobe, etc.
My work here is almost done. At the end of the year, I will sell this domain to the unlucky souls that hire Tommy. 'Till then, let's get us a football coach!

Tom, I would avoid Brian Van Gorder like the damn plague! You want to talk about an arrogant ass... To quote the jerk himself, "If Brian Van Gorder can't win at Georgia Southern, then I'm just not a good football coach"

As someone who lives minutes from Savannah and is familiar with the local buzz, AVOID Brian Van Gorder at all costs. This guy thinks he's Pete Caroll with an attitude. The guy's a freakin' joke.
